Great!!
Came to this hotel with my daughter after having stayed at the Movenpick in Bali! The view is fantastic with a beautiful beach close proximity from the main pool. Kids club is great. Xavi, Ky at the daily breakfast were really exceptional with great customer service.

The best room I ever experienced
I was staying at the Villa I checked in just now and it looks like a home atmosphere. And it feels like my home in Singapore. But more luxurious and comfortable. I'm going to rate this Hotel five stars. And what an excellent service. I feel like I'm going to come back there again

Unbelievable Buggy Policy
To Whomsoever It May Concern This is to let you know that your hotel has the worst policy with regards to the buggy service that you have. It is amongst the worst in the entire Vietnam hotels that I have stayed in. Having a fixed schedule to pick up or drop the guests to the hotel's own main gate has to be the worst thing I have ever seen at an Accor or any other reputed hotel chain property. What is a guest supposed to do when he/she reaches the main gate earlier or later than your so called fixed schedule? I had to walk all the way from the main gate to the hotel building along with my wife & child in the scorching sun at 3.45pm today. I even requested the hotel team to allow this as an exception since we were with a small kid but they didn't budge. Talking to the duty manager didnt help either. Maybe the hotel is just trying to save up on the "heavy cost" of offering a buggy service. I don't know how much the hotel is going to save in cost by not offering a simple buggy service. I always loved Movenpick hotels, but after today's experience, I will never ever stay or recommend anyone to stay at the Movenpick hotels. Thank you for your worst service. Never Ever Coming Back & Won't Allow Anyone Of My Friends/Relatives to come to this property.

Extraordinary experience which you never regret
Very good service, the environment is extraordinary good and it’s out of my expectation their chocolate bar is gorgeous! I will defo recommend my friends to come here for holiday! Moreover, their staffs named Alina, Lona and Hieu are very polite and provided us a good experience in the hotel ~ I really love Movenpick hotel!
