Honestly, this hotel was pretty boring. You only get music by the pool, beach, or bar if there’s a party going on—and that barely ever happens. Usually just for an hour a day. You become jealous when you hear music and see all the fun stuff happening at nearby places like the Caribbean hotel, and you think, why not here? If you want a lively vibe, I wouldn’t pick this hotel. The food was average and the same every day. In 8 days, they served a fish BBQ only once. See food... in your dreams. The beach in front of the hotel is nothing special—no corals—and the sun beds are falling apart. The beach a bit to the left outside the hotel is way nicer. They have an adult-only area, but the staff don’t really keep kids out, so that was a bummer. The aqua park’s small too, with just one or two good slides. Honestly, feels more like a 3-star place, but maybe local standards are different. You can definitely find better hotels around.

It's great to talk to animators, they give cool entertainment, you can feel a great vibe from them, after entertainment they talk to people and they are very nice especially Evette she’s the best girl and such a lovely person 😍

They have problems with handling the guests, not professional and the reception is full of new staff and the supervisors are hiding inside isolated rooms from guests. Me and my children got sick from the food of their restaurant, I think it was not clean.
