Our stay at this hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh was truly amazing. The whole atmosphere was welcoming from the very beginning, and the staff were honestly some of the kindest and friendliest people we’ve ever met. They always had a smile, were so helpful, and also had such a great sense of humor – they made every day more fun and enjoyable. Coming from Switzerland, we are used to high standards when it comes to hotels and this place absolutely lived up to them. The rooms were spacious and always kept very clean, the food was delicious with a lot of variety, and the pool and beach area were absolutely beautiful. Snorkeling in the clear water was an unforgettable highlight. What made this hotel stand out most was the people. The staff turned a great holiday into an unforgettable experience, and we are already looking forward to coming back.

Best experience so far the breakfast was nice view too ' the entertainment team are perfect especially Abbie she made our trip so much fun

I strongly recommend movenpick sharm , the staff is very friendly , unique beach and view , Mr tarek is very helpful and welcoming and he is always available , i recommend trying elkababgi restaurant, chef fathallah is more than professional, the food is so tasty , we enjoyed our night and the whole trip to this amazing hotel and it will be our only destination the coming period

Dirty rooms, stained sheets, mosquitoes everywhere – we couldn’t sleep for 3 nights. The manager (Inga) was rude, unhelpful, and ignored our complaints. No security when we faced aggressive guests outside. And in an all-inclusive hotel we were asked to pay extra for coffee in the lobby! No apology, no compensation – nothing. Definitely not a 5-star service, it’s not acceptable even for hostel.
