在Movenpick Resort Aswan度过了完美的一天。酒店有专门的码头和船带客人上岛。前台工作人员非常贴心地为我免费升级到了景观最好的房间，还准备了欢迎点心和一封问候信。 拉开窗帘的瞬间，景色美到让我几乎停止呼吸。当我回想起在阿斯旺的经历时，我想到的第一件事就是在酒店度过的美好时光和超美的尼罗河景。特别感谢前台工作人员Mohamed提供的周到服务，为这段体验增添了许多温暖。 I had the most perfect day at Movenpick Resort Aswan! The hotel has its own private dock and boats that take guests to the elephantine island. And the front desk staff upgraded me to a room with an amazing view at no extra charge, and even prepared welcome snacks along with a sweet greeting note. The Nile-view room was breathtaking. From the moment I pulled back the curtains, the scenery took my breath away. When I think back on my time in Aswan, the first thing that comes to mind is the wonderful time I spent at the hotel and the stunning views of the Nile. A huge thank you to Mohamed at the front desk for his attentive service; it really added so much warmth to the experience.
A lovely hotel. The staff go above and beyond to look after you. Nothing is too much trouble. It was a beautiful stay. Special mention to the following g Hassan, Saad, Ahmed & Ashraf who were extremely friendly and so helpful. Such beautiful people. Room was very nice with comfy bed and cool aircon.
Mövenpick Aswan provided an absolutely unforgettable experience for our family! From the moment we arrived, the journey by ferry and golf cart to the hotel added a wonderfully boujee and unique touch to our stay. Our rooms were simply beautiful, offering amazing, panoramic views of the Nile that we could have gazed at all day. The breakfast staff at the restaurant were truly amazing, with Mohammed and Gamal being particularly phenomenal in their attentive and friendly service. Even the check-in staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making us feel right at home from the start. One manager even gave both my daughters this beautiful sovenier gift. So sweet because it is heavy and I can tell it’s pricey. The food was amazing especially the fruit salad . We wholeheartedly give Mövenpick Aswan a 5-star review and can't wait to return!
I was here with my girlfriend. The hotel is very nice. Excellent staff. Housekeeping was excellent and went above and beyond. Breakfast staff are very polite and respectful.
I have experienced impeccable service from Mahmoud, Karim and also I have mention to Ramadan on night shift buffet service. Has been a truly outstanding experience for me and my brothers. Thank you so much
