We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Tala Bay. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and very family-friendly. The food was truly amazing fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. A special thanks to the chefs, especially Chef Mohammad Alqam, who made every meal unforgettable with his great cooking. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

A magnificent resort with very high service and qualified smiley staff under organised strong management….the rooms are clean many entertaining activities delicious food and big care and attention to animals life you can find the birds rabbit and turtles garden .. we enjoyed the snorkelling and see many kinds of fish … many thanks to mr majdi in the reception who showed lovely hospitality in food court many thanks to mr rani batth who showed professionalism .. mr ayoub … the great chefs like chef Alqam chef Jaber and chef zeyad in the pastry section … the waiters were very friendly like unga potra vivi and nasser and the smiley host Lindsay … many thanks to the qualified guides like Mohammad humidy ,, Mostafa … thanks for miss micheal in the drinks section for the refreshing karkdeh …..big thanx for mr amer who made every thing perfect….. huge thanks for GM of the resort mr Sami … a true leadership with precise vision… great resort and lovely memories to be remembered

We went to Mövenpick Tala Bay to celebrate my wife’s birthday, but unfortunately the experience so far has been awful. First, when we arrived to check in, despite having made our reservation two weeks ago, they told us all the king-bed rooms were reserved for tomorrow arrivals. What happened to our confirmed reservation? Second, we paid extra for a pool view, yet the room we got barely has a glimpse of the pool. Third, the air conditioning cannot be adjusted below 24°C, which made it impossible to sleep at night given Aqaba’s heat—it felt like we were burning. Fourth, if you expect 5-star service, this is not the place. When we arrived at the main entrance, no one came to help us with our luggage or to guide us, and we even had to drive around twice just to find a parking spot. Fifth, the rooms have no sound insulation at all—you can clearly hear conversations of anyone passing through the hallway. In conclusion, do not think about staying at this hotel. There are better options in Aqaba that actually provide the 5-star treatment they promise.
