This 19 September, go on a culinary journey rooted in the wild — a celebration of nature through foraged flavours, local ingredients, and the expressive Marlborough wines of Forrest Winery.  Each course reflects the forest floor, coastal winds, and sun-dappled New Zealand vineyards, harmoniously paired to draw out the essence of both plate and pour.
