Staff great (such is Thailand). Terrible WC reno, shoddy work. Corridor from elevator to room: walls badly needing paint and rugs badly needing replacement -- badly, like do it now because your lobby is 5 star and your corridors are 1 star.

Excellent stay and service. Will visit again and highly recommended. Central location and easily accessible to the places nearby.

Had a great stay at Movenpick. The hotel is closer to the Chiang Mai gates, Warorot market, the river, old town and the major vats. Rooms were very good. Bathroom was also spacious and included a tub. We got a welcome fruit platter and a letter from the manager. Most shopping markets like Sunday Market, Saturday Market, Anusaran market are walkable distance. In fact, some of the shopping starts just outside the hotel. Reception and other staff were very courteous and helpful. Will come back next time.

This is my belated feedback after a month's stayed. The feeling still warmth in the heart as per the professional welcome from Khun Kreen, the receptionist, she welcomed me with smile and professional give me the details of everything even busy with crowds , but she didn't missed any point to explain and make sure that I knows all necessary information. One impressed area for me is Housekeeping , my room always cleaned and tidy up when I came back as I stayed there for 3 nights. Well done, Kreen and Housekeeping.

the bed is good and the service especially the massage was really good. The people are really respectful about your personal space and really polite.
