Celebrating the birthday of my partner. Our view was excellent. Ms. Jasmine an ojt during our breakfast was so attentive to guest, superb when it comes to guest engagement. Ms. Gammy in front office was so accommodating and always checking on us whenever we meet. We felt we were in the right Paradise. We will surely go back!

I had a fantastic experience at The Sails Restaurant in Mövenpick Mactan. The food selection was excellent — everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to Sir Conrad for his outstanding service. He was attentive, polite, and truly made us feel welcome. The staff in general were amazing, and the ambiance added to a perfect dining experience. Highly recommended!The service was top-notch, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Looking forward to coming back!

Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. F&B is great. We enjoyed the amenities. Room accommodation is excellent. We had a smooth check-in and check-out with the help of the friendly receptionists. Congratulations to the team for your hardwork!

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Mövenpick Hotel Mactan from 9-13 Aug 2025. The hospitality shown by GM Mr. Simon Chew was exceptional — he personally arranged for our diving boat to dock at the jetty next to the hotel on triathlon day so we didn’t miss our dive schedule. Both the GM and the Head Chef are always present on the ground, making sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of, which really sets the hotel apart. The staff were also warm, engaging, and always took the effort to connect with us through friendly conversations. They extend their assistance again when we need a crutch for back injury incident. Even though it’s not an Accor affiliated hotel and there’s an initial misunderstanding of bill payment. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended.
