A special thank you to Trang, who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with such kindness and warmth – she truly made our stay unforgettable.

This was not my first stay but the property never fails to impress. Visited during the A80 celebrations and the atmosphere was vibrant and invigorating. What made the stay memorable was, as always, the impeccable service standards by the hotel staff. In particular, Ms. Ngan, Ms. Quynh, Ms. Chi and Ms. Tuanh from the Executive Lounge. The Front Office manager (Mr. Thang) and Assistant Front Office Manager (Mr. Long) were extremely approachable and professional and the Operations Manager (Mr. Phan) and the GM (Mr. Thomas), were consistently on-site, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. The concierge team members (Mr. Thung and Mr. Huan) were always friendly and willing to assist with directions, queries and transport bookings. I look forward to returning in the winter season. Very good 5 star in the heart of Hanoi old quarter, 8/10 mins walk to the famous Train street in Hanoi. Team is very friendly and efficient in the service. Breakfast at the all day dining Mangosteen restaurant is fantastic. Good spread of Asian and continental items. Overall a very good 5 star ⭐️ hotel in the heart of Hanoi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The executive lounge was comfortable and well-stocked, providing a relaxing space after a long day. Special thanks to hostess Anh, who was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Her warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
