Very good breakfast, lots of choices of different kinds of food ( sweet, savoury, egyptian food, etc....) Ahmed is very welcoming.

I had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Media City! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist. The check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and a special thanks to Shimaa Taha for her kindness, professionalism, and continuous support. She made sure everything was perfect and checked on us whenever we needed anything. Truly appreciated her extra effort! My room was comfortable, and it has a beautiful relaxing view. The pool area is beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The hotel has a peaceful and calming vibe, and we loved every part of our stay, especially the Aqua area, which was amazing! Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Undoubtedly this hotel is one of the best hotels in Egypt I love to stay here the food is amazing wether breakfast or dinner and the deserts are epic; all the workers are friendly especially (chef Reda which makes the best dinner and chef ,Mr Ahmed Moustafa,and Moustafa he treats the guest amazing!!! )the hotel cleanliness is taken care of in a very professional way and the workers make sure that your stay is perfect yet enjoyable Xoxo:

We absolutely loved the hotel breakfast! The service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. What really made it special was how they made Mickey Mouse pancakes for the kids, such a thoughtful and fun touch that made our mornings feel magical! The food was fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety for both adults and children. From fresh fruit and pastries to hot breakfast favorites, everything was top quality. The kids were thrilled, and we were impressed with how smoothly everything was run. Huge thanks to the Ahmed and breakfast team for starting our days off on such a high note. We’ll definitely be back!
