As a legally blind traveler, and travel vlogger 🌸💫, my journeys always feel like little adventures ✈️✨. In Kuwait 🇴🇰 I stick to my cozy spots 🏡☕, but in Bahrain 🇧🇭 everything feels sooo close to my heart 💕—geography, emotions, even the sweet political ties 🤍. And here at Mövenpick 🏨🍨, it’s always different… staff even know me by my first name 💌. They’ve seen me arrive with cameras 📸🎥, tripods 🎬, lights 💡✨… but this was the very first time they started to really understand the ✨complex side✨ of my legally blind condition 🌀👁️. Being legally blind is not just “blurry vision” 😶‍🌫️. It means I only see clearly for two tiny meters 👀↔️… after that, the world melts into fog 🌫️. Colors? Sometimes they arrive over-bright 🌈😳, sometimes washed-out and pale 🎨🥺. My eyes keep dancing with Nystagmus 🌀👁️… details shimmer ✨ then slip away 😌. Yet still, I carry my expensive cameras 🎥📸 like precious secrets 💎, and safety for me is everything 🔐. Here… ohhh here 🥰🌹… trust felt like velvet 💕. Every step I made as a legally blind traveler 🧳🌟 was guided so gently 🤲✨. Staff didn’t treat me small 😌, they treated me like an heiress 👑, like a bride 💍, like a cherished guest 🌺💫. I swear it felt like being pampered as a princess 👸💕. And the coffee & ice cream ritual ☕🍨? Ufff 😍🔥. Espresso came dark and silky 🍫☕, crema soft yet insistent 🤎✨. Vanilla Dream 💛🍦 melted like sunshine 🌞 on skin 🌸, layers of flowers 🌼🌺 and caramel warmth 🍮🤎. Strawberry 🍓💋? Ripe, playful, juicy 😛✨—biting back against the cream 🥛🤍 with brightness 🌟 so cheeky, sooo alive 💃💕. For me, being legally blind means I don’t just taste… I feel every spoon 🥄💓, every sip 💕🔥, every scent 🌸💭. And when I left 🧳🌙, I wasn’t just “a legally blind guest” 🙈. I was myself… a traveler who sees differently 🌸✨, but creates vividly 🎨💫. They made me feel rare 💎, radiant ✨, adored 💕. So yes… I’ll always remember 💭🍓🍦☕ Mövenpick Bahrain 🇧🇭, not just for safety 🔐 and elegance 🌹… but because they let me live like an artist bride princess 👑💍✨. I enjoyed my stay here but i wished the hotel had more activities considering it is far from everything in bahrain. In addition to that, i wished that the restaurant would be open 24hrs since the view is beautiful. Nevertheless, the cafe must have a variation in the coffees.

We have always considered Mövenpick Bahrain one of our favorite places to visit every year when my family comes to Bahrain. We used to love everything about the service, the atmosphere, and the hospitality. Unfortunately, this year our experience was not the same, and we were left quite disappointed. The cleanliness near the pool was not up to the standard we remember, tables near pool were dirty and stained, and the women’s bathroom did not have basic amenities such as shampoo or shower gel. All was finished and no reaction was and not even sorry when i informed gym staff. Instead everyone looked at me as if i annoy them. At the gym, there was no staff present at the reception when we arrived, and even after waiting for quite some time, no one appeared to assist us. What saddened us the most was the attitude of the staff. No one smiled or greeted us warmly as before, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. At the pool, staff removed bottles of water from guests while they were drinking, explaining repeatedly that outside drinks are not allowed. We have never experienced such strictness here in the past, and instead of feeling relaxed, we felt constantly monitored and reminded of this rule, even while swimming. Staff was just monitored us as if we are guilty of something. We always cherished our visits to Mövenpick Bahrain and held it in the highest regard, but this time we left disappointed. We truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and brings back the warm hospitality and high standards we have always loved about this place.
